hello and welcome to Urnanabha Bestcobweb.

I am Aritra and today we are going to learnon advanced Photo manipulation Technique.

These are the original images on which wewill be working on.

These images will be combined to form intoa single image.

So, we open up Photoshop and create a newdocument of width 1600px and height 900px.

The resolution being 300, background contentwhite.

We now place the first image into our documentby copying and pasting it, and then resizing it as per project criteria.

Now we go to Image—> Adjustment—-Curves,to make the selected image a little brighter and prominent.

Now we copy the cloud image into our documentand did the same, keeping it on top of the mountain layer.

We want to appear the cloud over the mountain.

So, we paste the cloud image over the mountainlayer.

Now we have to mask out the part of the cloudbelow which the mountain part will appear.

So, we grab the soft brush tool with 0% hardnessand 100% opacity.

Created a masked layer in the same cloud layer, choose black as the foreground color, and start brushing the part of the cloud thatwe do not wish to keep.

After masking, we select the main cloud layeragain and go to adjustment curves and tuned the cloud layer up a little.

Now we will save the document.

For this,we have to go to File —> Save As, then name our document as the_mountain, ensured thata.

PSD format as Saving option and press ok.

After saving, we selected the mountain layer, and made some color and curve adjustment necessary for the document.

Now we duplicated the Mountain layer, go toFilter —> Blur —> Surface Blur option.

We choose radius as 61pixels and thresholdas 99 levels.

Then we go to blend mode panel and select'Color Dodge' as blending option.

To merge both the original and duplicatedMountain layer, we keep the visibility on for these duo, while hiding other layers includingbackground.

We press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + E together andmerge these two layers to a new one.

Now we go to Google Nik Collection.

This is an open source software with muchoptions to enhance your image quality.

Go to Filter—> Google Nik Collection—>Color FX Pro, then choose 'Cross Balance' and select 'Warm color'.

Copying the Chinese Gate image now.

Keep it all above the other layers in yourdocument as it will never touch the cloud.

Cut the Gate object out and discard the restof the images.

Make all the necessary image adjustments fromImage Adjustment panel.

As seen previously, take a duplicate of theChinese Gate layer by right-clicking on it and selecting the 'Duplicate' option.

Choose surface blur option for the duplicatedlayer keep the parameters same to radius 61 pixels and threshold 99 levels, set the duplicatelayer to linear dodge mode and set the layer's opacity to 72%.

Merge these two layers into a single one.

Then, go to sharpen, choose Unsharp Mask, keep the default format and Press OK.

In similar way, import another image of cloud.

keep it beneath the Gate layer, and mak outunnecessary part.

Discard part of the images from the 'Chinesegate' layer and make necessary adjustments.

Make a new layer above the 'Mountain' layer.
